You have access to view all the information we hold on you at any time and you are able to request your details to be deleted at any time. Any opportunities you choose to pursue will be strictly confidential between you, us and the company that is recruiting or representing that vacancy. However you will understand that any of our clients you talk to have the right to store your personal information on their own database for future use if you have agreed to pursue an opportunity that they are representing or recruiting.

Your personal details, including your name, e-mail address and CV, are held and used by us for the following purposes

• 1) to communicate with you in accordance with this policy;
• 2) in connection with recruitment services and products;
• 3) to inform you of new features and promotions on websites owned and operated by Klein Hamilton Recruitment
• 4) to inform you of relevant job opportunities within your preferred sector;

It is possible that Klein Hamilton Recruitment could merge or be acquired by another business. If this happens, we may share the information that relates to you with the new owners of the business and their advisers. You will be sent notice of such an event. The Data Protection Act 1998

All the personal data that we obtain from you is held on our central in-house database and talent pool with a view to matching vacant positions to your skills and experience. This information will be retained for a maximum period of 6 months. We will then remove your details unless you request to be re-registered.
