Andrew Shah

Andrew holds continuous 13 years of experience in Recruitment and Executive Search. Through Andrew's wealth of experience and 'hands on' approach, he has been able to effectively master the art of recruitment to ensure the team are fully motivated, engaged and most importantly, in tune with their Clients and Candidates.

Andrew is able to constantly work with Clients to ensure maximum value of service, using his talent alongside full knowledge of trends within the Recruitment market and where Clients are able to grow their revenue.

One of his proudest achievements to date, is working aggressively with the Klein Hamilton in-house developers to ensure the internal CRM is running at a high efficiency and allowing the team to 'work smart' through development of various AI strategies within the CRM.

Out of the office, Andrew is a die hard Manchester United fan and actively participates within charity football tournaments. He enjoys long bike rides and spending time with his young family.
